Founded in 2007, StoneLake at River's Bend Homeowners' Association is an intimate planned residential community of 60 single-family homes nestled in the growing City of South Lebanon, Ohio. OUR PURPOSE

The StoneLake at River’s Bend Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit volunteer organization run by a Board of Directors that is elected by our homeowners to provide for the administrative governance, maintenance and upkeep of the property, and to promote the general health and welfare of the homeowners and occupants living within the community.

OUR MISSION

To preserve and enhance the property of our Homeowner’s Association by: maintaining the common ground areas; upholding our Covenants, By-Laws, Deed Restrictions & Polices; representing the interest of all homeowners; and providing ethical & fiscally responsible solutions to promote a sense of community, to enhance our property values, and plan for the future.
