Founded in 2007, StoneLake at River's Bend Homeowners' Association is a small planned residential community of 60 single family homes located in Warren County's growing city of South Lebanon. Located on 18 acres of forested land tucked away near the Little Miami Scenic River, our community offer 10+ acres of beautiful green space consisting of a community clubhouse with large meeting area & exercise room, scenic catch-and-release fishing pond, paved wooded walking paths, as well as an open park area with a kids playground. Our Community is just minutes away from Interstate 71 and conveniently located near many natural scenic parks, the 75-mile long Loveland Bike Trail, Championship golf courses, great shopping, nationally recognized amusement and water parks as well as many excellent restaurants are all within a few miles of your doorstep. In addition, our community lies within the "excellent-rated" Kings Public School District with other great local private / parochial schools to choose from.

If you are a property owner with our community, you are a automatically a member in the StoneLake at River’s Bend Homeowners’ Association, which gives you a voice and the opportunity for an active role in the governance of our community.
OUR PURPOSE
The StoneLake at River’s Bend Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit volunteer organization run by a Board of Directors that is elected by our homeowners to provide for the administrative governance, maintenance and upkeep of the property, and to promote the general health and welfare of the homeowners and occupants living within the community.

To preserve and enhance the property of our Homeowner’s Association by: maintaining the common ground areas; upholding our Covenants, By-Laws, Deed Restrictions & Polices; representing the interest of all homeowners; and providing ethical & fiscally responsible solutions to promote a sense of community, to enhance our property values, and plan for the future.
